To support our continued global expansion, we are seeking a highly experienced Vice President of Operations to lead enterprise-wide operational strategy and oversee large-scale operational infrastructure across manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain ecosystems.

This executive will play a critical role in ensuring operational scalability, performance consistency, and long-term operational innovation across the organization.


Job Function

The Vice President of Operations will oversee global operational performance across manufacturing facilities, supply chain operations, distribution infrastructure, and operational planning systems.

This executive ensures the organization maintains operational efficiency, scalability, and high-performance production capabilities across its global operations.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an enterprise-wide operations strategy aligned with corporate growth and production goals.

  • Oversee operational performance across manufacturing facilities, supply chain networks, and distribution systems.

  • Lead cross-functional operational coordination across production, engineering, logistics, and procurement teams.

  • Establish operational performance metrics tracking productivity, cost efficiency, and operational reliability.

  • Implement operational excellence frameworks, including Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies, and continuous improvement programs.

  • Optimize operational workflows and production systems to improve efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks.

  • Manage large operational budgets and oversee capital investments related to facility expansion and automation technologies.

  • Lead operational transformation initiatives integrating robotics, automation technologies, and digital manufacturing systems.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, operational standards, and industry quality requirements.

  • Oversee operational workforce management, including facility leadership teams and operational supervisors.

  • Monitor supply chain performance and collaborate with procurement and logistics leaders to maintain supply continuity.

  • Present operational performance reports and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and Board stakeholders.


Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • 18+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations management, manufacturing leadership, or global supply chain operations.

  • Significant experience managing large-scale operational ecosystems within manufacturing, industrial technology, logistics, or supply chain-driven industries.

  • Demonstrated success managing multi-site production environments or complex global operational networks.

  • Strong expertise in operational excellence frameworks, including Lean, Six Sigma, and process optimization methodologies.

  • Experience implementing digital manufacturing technologies and automation systems.

  • Proven ability to lead large operational teams and cross-functional organizational structures.

  • Strong analytical capability for operational performance monitoring and improvement initiatives.

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration; MBA strongly preferred.

  • Strengthen collaboration between operations, supply chain, and engineering leadership teams.

  • Assist executive leadership in evaluating capital investments and operational expansion opportunities.

  • Support corporate development initiatives, including integration of acquired operational facilities.


Working Conditions

  • Fully Remote – United States

  • Frequent domestic and international travel to manufacturing facilities and operational hubs (30–40%)

  • Executive leadership role with high visibility across global operations

  • Collaboration with manufacturing leadership, engineering teams, and executive management

  • Participation in executive planning sessions, operational reviews, and board-level discussions


Compensation & Benefits

Total Executive Compensation Package: $365,000 – $455,000 USD
