Demonstrated success managing multi-site production environments or complex global operational networks.
Strong expertise in operational excellence frameworks, including Lean, Six Sigma, and process optimization methodologies.
Experience implementing digital manufacturing technologies and automation systems.
Proven ability to lead large operational teams and cross-functional organizational structures.
Strong analytical capability for operational performance monitoring and improvement initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration; MBA strongly preferred.
