We are seeking a Vice President of Marketing to lead global marketing strategy and execution. This executive will oversee all aspects of marketing, including brand strategy, demand generation, product marketing, digital marketing, and customer engagement, ensuring alignment with business objectives and revenue goals.
Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, the VP of Marketing will play a pivotal role in defining how our solutions are positioned in the market, how customers engage with our brand, and how marketing drives measurable business outcomes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy aligned with revenue growth, brand positioning, and market expansion objectives.
• Lead and integrate all marketing functions, including brand, product marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, and communications.
• Drive pipeline generation and revenue growth through data-driven marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Define and refine brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market strategies.
• Oversee execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, content, events, and partner marketing.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and revenue targets.
• Lead product marketing efforts, translating complex AI and SaaS capabilities into clear customer value propositions.
• Utilize advanced analytics and marketing technologies to optimize campaign performance, attribution, and ROI.
• Build and scale a high-performing global marketing organization.
• Manage relationships with agencies, partners, and external stakeholders.
• Oversee marketing budgets, resource allocation, and investment strategies.
• Drive thought leadership and brand authority through content, industry engagement, and executive visibility.

Job Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
• 15–20+ years of progressive experience in marketing leadership, preferably within SaaS, AI, or enterprise technology environments.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building global marketing organizations.
• Strong expertise in B2B marketing, demand generation, and go-to-market strategy.
• Experience launching and scaling enterprise technology products in global markets.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
• Experience working closely with sales, product, and executive leadership teams.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing large marketing budgets.
• Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and board-level discussions.

Total Compensation Package: $418,000 – $527,000
