Job Function

The Vice President of Growth will lead the organization’s global growth strategy by integrating customer acquisition initiatives, product-led growth programs, data-driven marketing strategies, and revenue optimization frameworks.

This role is responsible for designing scalable growth systems that accelerate market expansion, customer adoption, and long-term revenue growth.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the company’s global growth strategy aligned with long-term revenue and market expansion goals.

  • Build and lead a cross-functional growth organization spanning marketing, product growth, demand generation, and lifecycle management teams.

  • Develop customer acquisition strategies that drive sustainable growth across enterprise and mid-market segments.

  • Design product-led growth frameworks that increase platform adoption and user engagement.

  • Lead advanced growth experimentation initiatives, including A/B testing, conversion optimization, and customer journey optimization.

  • Implement data-driven marketing strategies leveraging analytics platforms and predictive customer insights.

  • Collaborate closely with product teams to integrate growth initiatives into product development cycles.

  • Build scalable growth infrastructure, including CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and customer analytics tools.

  • Identify new market opportunities and develop expansion strategies for emerging industries and global markets.

  • Optimize customer lifecycle strategies, including onboarding, engagement, retention, and expansion programs.

  • Develop growth performance dashboards tracking acquisition cost, lifetime value, and conversion metrics.

  • Present growth performance insights and strategic initiatives to executive leadership and Board stakeholders.

  • Mentor and build high-performing growth leadership teams across global markets.


Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • 15+ years of leadership experience in growth strategy, digital marketing, product growth, or revenue operations.

  • Significant experience within enterprise SaaS, artificial intelligence platforms, digital marketplaces, or cloud infrastructure organizations.

  • Proven success leading high-growth technology organizations through rapid market expansion.

  • Deep expertise in customer acquisition, digital marketing, growth experimentation, and product-led growth frameworks.

  • Experience implementing advanced growth analytics tools and customer data platforms.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales models and subscription-based revenue structures.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams across marketing, product, and customer success organizations.

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related discipline; MBA strongly preferred.

Working Conditions

  • Fully Remote – United States

  • Frequent domestic and international travel for executive leadership meetings and market expansion initiatives (30–40%)

  • High-impact executive leadership role influencing company-wide growth strategy

Compensation & Benefits

Total Executive Compensation Package: $355,000 – $447,000 USD
