About the Role
In today’s global economy, supply chain performance is no longer a background function; it is a strategic differentiator that directly impacts growth, margin, customer experience, and enterprise resilience. We are seeking a Vice President of Global Supply Chain to lead, scale, and modernize end-to-end supply chain operations for a complex, multinational organization operating across regions, suppliers, and distribution networks.
This role is designed for a senior executive who understands how to balance cost, speed, resilience, and sustainability at a global scale. The VP of Global Supply Chain will own the worldwide supply chain strategy and execution, spanning sourcing, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, inventory, planning, and supplier partnerships. You will lead large, geographically distributed teams and operate within highly dynamic market conditions.
As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will partner closely with the CEO, CFO, COO, Chief Technology Officer, and business leaders to ensure the supply chain supports enterprise growth, innovation, and customer commitments. You will drive digital supply chain transformation, advanced analytics adoption, and network optimization to improve predictability, agility, and risk management.
This is not a regional operations role. It is a mandate to build a globally integrated, future-ready supply chain, one that can withstand disruption, scale with demand, and continuously improve performance.
