We are seeking a Vice President of Finance to lead global financial strategy, planning, and performance management across the organization. This executive will play a critical role in shaping financial decisions that drive growth, optimize capital deployment, and support long-term value creation.
Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the VP of Finance will partner closely with executive leadership, operations teams, and investors to ensure that financial strategy is aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Lead the organization’s global financial strategy, including planning, forecasting, and performance management.
• Oversee financial operations, including corporate finance, FP&A, treasury, and capital allocation.
• Develop and manage long-term financial models to support infrastructure investments and expansion strategies.
• Partner with executive leadership to evaluate strategic initiatives, investments, and growth opportunities.
• Drive financial discipline through cost optimization, margin improvement, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Oversee budgeting processes and ensure alignment with organizational goals and performance targets.
• Manage relationships with investors, lenders, and financial institutions.
• Support capital raising activities, including debt financing, equity transactions, and structured investments.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and governance frameworks.
• Provide executive-level reporting and insights to the CFO, CEO, and board of directors.
• Implement advanced financial analytics and reporting tools to enhance decision-making and transparency.
• Lead and develop global finance teams across multiple regions and functions.
• Collaborate with operations and technology teams to align financial strategy with infrastructure performance and scalability.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent advanced qualification strongly preferred.
• 15–20+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership, corporate finance, or investment roles.
• Proven experience within infrastructure, cloud computing, technology, or capital-intensive industries.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, capital allocation, and investment analysis.
• Experience managing large-scale budgets and multi-billion-dollar financial operations.
• Deep understanding of capital markets, financing structures, and investor relations.
• Experience supporting M&A, strategic investments, and expansion initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing finance teams and influence executive decision-making.
