15+ years of progressive leadership experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics.
7+ years within artificial intelligence platforms, enterprise SaaS, fintech, healthcare analytics, or large-scale technology environments.
Demonstrated experience building and scaling enterprise data science organizations.
Deep expertise in machine learning frameworks, predictive modeling, and large-scale data infrastructure.
Experience deploying AI models into production environments through MLOps pipelines.
Proven success collaborating with product and engineering teams to translate analytics insights into scalable products.
