About the Organization

We are a U.S.-headquartered global semiconductor and advanced electronics manufacturing enterprise supporting next-generation AI processors, automotive microelectronics, defense-grade components, and high-performance computing infrastructure.

Our supply chain spans wafer fabrication facilities, advanced packaging operations, specialty materials suppliers, precision tooling partners, and global distribution networks serving OEMs and technology leaders worldwide. Operating within highly complex, demand-volatile, and capital-intensive environments, our supply continuity directly impacts production throughput, yield optimization, and customer delivery commitments.

With geopolitical supply constraints, raw material volatility, and expanding fabrication capacity initiatives, advanced supply chain analytics and forecasting precision are mission-critical to enterprise performance.

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategically curious Supply Chain Analyst to support global supply planning, inventory optimization, demand forecasting, supplier performance evaluation, and data-driven operational insights within a fast-paced semiconductor ecosystem.

This is not a transactional reporting role. This is a performance-analytics and optimization mandate at enterprise scale.

Job Function

The Supply Chain Analyst will design, analyze, and optimize supply chain data models across procurement, production planning, inventory management, logistics, and supplier governance. This role ensures decision-makers have accurate, real-time, and forward-looking analytics to support cost efficiency, risk mitigation, and delivery reliability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop advanced forecasting models integrating demand signals, capacity constraints, and material lead times.

  • Analyze global inventory levels to optimize safety stock, reorder points, and working capital efficiency.

  • Monitor supplier performance metrics, including lead-time adherence, defect rates, and on-time delivery.

  • Build KPI dashboards tracking forecast accuracy, inventory turns, fill rates, and cost-to-serve metrics.

  • Conduct scenario modeling to assess risk exposure related to geopolitical disruptions or raw material shortages.

  • Support S&OP processes by integrating cross-functional data inputs into planning frameworks.

  • Partner with Procurement and Manufacturing to identify cost optimization and cycle-time reduction opportunities.

  • Perform root cause analysis on stockouts, excess inventory, and production bottlenecks.

  • Support new product introduction (NPI) readiness through supply readiness analysis.

  • Maintain and enhance ERP/MRP data integrity within SAP or Oracle systems.

  • Contribute to digital transformation initiatives involving predictive analytics and AI-driven demand modeling.

  • Present analytical findings and actionable recommendations to supply chain leadership.

Strategic Support

  • Advise the Director of Global Supply Chain Planning on long-range capacity and material planning strategies.

  • Support executive leadership with data-backed insights for supplier diversification decisions.

  • Contribute to ESG reporting related to supplier sustainability and logistics efficiency.

  • Assist in M&A supply chain integration modeling.

  • Strengthen enterprise resilience strategies through scenario-based supply risk modeling.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • 3–7 years of progressive experience in supply chain analytics, demand planning, or operations analysis.

  • Experience within semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, electronics, or capital-intensive industries preferred.

  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel advanced modeling, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).

  • Experience working within ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).

  • Demonstrated ability to build financial and operational forecasting models.

  • Strong understanding of S&OP and inventory optimization principles.

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or related discipline; advanced degree or certification (CPIM/CSCP) preferred.

Personal Capabilities and Qualifications

  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented problem solver

  • Strong quantitative modeling capability

  • Data-driven and performance-focused mindset

  • Clear communicator capable of translating complex data into actionable insights

  • Collaborative and cross-functional team player

  • Resilient under high-demand, fast-paced operational environments

  • Continuous improvement orientation with structured analytical discipline

Working Conditions

  • Hybrid work model with collaboration at corporate planning and manufacturing sites

  • Periodic travel to fabrication facilities and supplier review meetings (10–20%)

  • Performance-driven environment tied to forecast accuracy and inventory optimization KPIs

  • Collaboration across Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, and Logistics teams

Compensation & Benefits

Total Compensation Package: $125,000 – $210,000 USD

Compensation Includes:

  • Competitive base salary within stated range

  • Performance-based annual incentive aligned with supply chain KPIs

  • Long-term incentive eligibility, where applicable
