Essential Duties and Responsibilities
End-to-End Supply Chain Leadership: Manage supply planning, demand forecasting, procurement strategy, inventory optimization, and logistics coordination.
Network Optimization: Drive improvements across distribution, sourcing, lead-time reduction, and global supplier performance.
Supply Chain Analytics: Oversee KPI dashboards, predictive modeling, scenario planning, and data-driven performance analysis.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, Sales, and Quality teams on strategic initiatives.
S&OP Leadership: Lead Sales & Operations Planning cycles, ensuring planning alignment with business projections.
Supplier & Partner Strategy: Manage vendor relationships, monitor performance, mitigate supply risks, and negotiate strategic agreements.
Risk Management: Identify vulnerabilities, develop mitigation plans, and strengthen supply chain resilience.
Process Improvement: Implement Lean, Six Sigma, automation, and workflow enhancements.
Program Management: Lead supply chain transformation projects tied to modernization, new product launches, and global expansion efforts.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Logistics, Procurement, or Manufacturing, including leadership roles.
Strong background in global supply chains, technology-enabled operations, consumer goods, or advanced manufacturing.
Expertise in supply chain planning tools, forecasting systems, ERP platforms, and analytics technologies.
Deep understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, S&OP, inventory optimization, and sourcing strategies.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or MBA in Supply Chain or Operations preferred.
Experience leading multi-region teams and working in high-complexity environments.
Proven ability to deliver performance improvements through data-driven decision-making.

Serve as a key advisor to the Director of Supply Chain, VP of Operations, and Executive Leadership Team.
Support global expansion initiatives, supply chain digitization, and long-range capacity planning.
Provide data-backed insights for capital investments, sourcing decisions, and operational transformations.
Work closely with Finance, Engineering, and Operations on cost modeling, budgeting, and ROI analysis.
Influence enterprise sustainability initiatives aligned with responsible sourcing and environmental impact reduction.
Working Conditions
Remote role with periodic travel to distribution hubs, manufacturing sites, supplier locations, and executive team meetings.
Requires flexibility for global time-zone coordination.
Fast-paced environment with priority shifts and high operational visibility.
Exposure to manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain centers during occasional site visits.
