Our communications function plays a strategic role in shaping market perception, influencing global narratives around AI governance and responsible innovation, and strengthening relationships with media, regulators, investors, and key enterprise stakeholders. As we continue to scale, we are seeking a Public Relations Manager who can operate at both a strategic and executional level, someone capable of translating complex technical capabilities into compelling, credible, and high-impact narratives.
This role is not traditional PR. It sits at the core of corporate strategy, working alongside executive leadership, product innovation teams, and global communications partners to position the organization as a category-defining leader in AI infrastructure.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive global public relations strategy aligned with corporate growth, investor relations priorities, and market expansion initiatives
Lead corporate messaging frameworks that clearly articulate the organization’s value proposition across AI infrastructure, cloud computing, and enterprise transformation
Build and manage relationships with top-tier media outlets, industry analysts, and influential thought leaders within technology and policy ecosystems
Drive proactive media engagement strategies, including press releases, executive interviews, keynote positioning, and industry event visibility
Partner with executive leadership (C-suite and SVP level) to craft strategic communications, including speeches, op-eds, and external positioning narratives
Oversee crisis communication planning and response strategies, ensuring brand integrity and stakeholder trust during high-impact situations
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, legal, compliance, and investor relations teams to ensure consistent and accurate messaging
Lead reputation management initiatives, monitoring media sentiment, public discourse, and competitive positioning
Develop data-driven PR measurement frameworks, tracking media performance, share of voice, and brand impact metrics
Manage external PR agencies and global communications partners to ensure alignment with corporate strategy
Support ESG and sustainability communications, including responsible AI narratives, regulatory engagement, and transparency initiatives
Job Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred)
8–12+ years of progressive experience in public relations, corporate communications, or strategic media relations
Proven experience within technology-driven environments (AI, cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or enterprise platforms strongly preferred)
Demonstrated success managing global PR campaigns and high-visibility media strategies
Experience supporting executive communications at the C-suite level
Strong understanding of media ecosystems, including technology, business, and policy-focused publications
Experience handling crisis communications and reputation management in complex organizations
Exceptional writing, storytelling, and content development skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear narratives
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance environments (e.g., data privacy, AI governance, or global policy frameworks) is a plus

Provide communications guidance during mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships
Support internal communications alignment to ensure consistency between external messaging and organizational narrative
