We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to lead the optimization of marketing systems, processes, and performance analytics. This role will play a critical part in ensuring that marketing initiatives are executed with precision, supported by robust data infrastructure, and aligned with revenue goals.
The Marketing Operations Manager will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, product, and data teams to build scalable frameworks that enhance campaign effectiveness, improve pipeline visibility, and drive measurable business impact.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize marketing operations infrastructure, including CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
• Oversee execution and tracking of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring data accuracy and performance measurement.
• Develop and maintain marketing performance dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks.
• Implement and manage lead management processes, including lead scoring, routing, and lifecycle tracking.
• Collaborate with sales and revenue operations teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and pipeline generation.
• Optimize campaign performance through data analysis, A/B testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage integration of marketing systems with data platforms, APIs, and enterprise tools.
• Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance across all marketing systems.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis for marketing programs.
• Lead initiatives to enhance marketing automation, personalization, and customer segmentation strategies.
• Partner with product marketing and demand generation teams to improve campaign execution and go-to-market alignment.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and automation across marketing operations.
• Train and support marketing teams on tools, processes, and best practices.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 7–12+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or digital marketing roles.
• Strong experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot).
• Experience working within SaaS, technology, or high-growth digital environments.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with marketing attribution models, lead lifecycle management, and pipeline analytics.
• Experience integrating marketing systems with data platforms and enterprise tools.
• Knowledge of SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), or analytics platforms is a plus.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and enterprise sales processes.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
