We are seeking a Key Account Manager to manage and expand relationships with high-value healthcare clients, including large hospital systems and integrated delivery networks (IDNs). This role will focus on account growth, client retention, contract management, and strategic partnership development.
The Key Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact for key clients, working closely with internal teams across sales, clinical support, operations, and product development to deliver exceptional service and drive long-term value.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Job Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 8–15+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development within healthcare, medical devices, or related industries.
• Proven track record managing large, strategic accounts and complex client relationships.
• Experience working with hospital systems, healthcare providers, or clinical environments.
• Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, procurement processes, and regulatory considerations.
• Demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets and driving account growth.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience managing long-term contracts and partnerships.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and account management tools.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, clinical, and operational teams.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and account management activities.
