About the Role

Working as part of the enterprise IT support team, the specialist will assist with workstation configuration, network connectivity, user access management, and system troubleshooting. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, and mobile device problems.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and enterprise software.
• Assist users with account access, password resets, and system permissions.
• Support internal IT infrastructure, including printers, network devices, and workstations.
• Monitor IT support tickets and respond to service requests on time.
• Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues and resolutions.
• Assist with system updates, patches, and software deployments.
• Collaborate with IT administrators and engineers to resolve complex technical issues.
• Support onboarding processes for new employees by setting up IT equipment and system access.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security procedures.


Job Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
3–7 years of experience in IT support, help desk services, or technical support roles.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Experience supporting enterprise software applications and office productivity tools.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting procedures.
• Familiarity with IT service management tools and ticketing systems.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and access control procedures.
• Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Total Compensation Package: $100,000 – $225,000
