We are seeking a Director of Supply Chain Planning to lead enterprise-wide planning functions, including demand planning, supply planning, sales & operations planning (S&OP), inventory strategy, and capacity alignment. This role is critical in ensuring that our supply chain operates with precision, agility, and scalability.

The Director will work closely with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, finance, and commercial teams to create a unified planning framework that drives efficiency, reduces risk, and supports global growth.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end supply chain planning functions, including demand planning, supply planning, and S&OP processes.

• Develop and execute integrated planning strategies aligned with product launches, market demand, and business growth objectives.

• Drive implementation of AI-driven forecasting models, advanced planning systems (APS), and real-time data analytics.

• Optimize inventory strategies to balance service levels, working capital efficiency, and product availability.

• Collaborate with manufacturing and procurement teams to align production schedules, capacity planning, and material availability.

• Lead monthly and quarterly S&OP cycles, ensuring alignment between sales forecasts, operational capabilities, and financial targets.

• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks related to demand variability, supplier constraints, and global disruptions.

• Develop performance metrics and dashboards to monitor forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and service levels.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on planning accuracy, responsiveness, and operational efficiency.

• Partner with finance to align supply chain planning with budgeting, forecasting, and cost management initiatives.

• Lead cross-functional planning initiatives across global regions and product lines.

• Manage and develop a high-performing team of supply chain planners and analysts.

• Provide executive-level insights and recommendations to senior leadership on supply chain performance and strategy.


Job Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

• MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.

• 12–18+ years of experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, or operations strategy within high-volume manufacturing or consumer electronics industries.

• Proven experience leading S&OP processes, demand forecasting, and integrated business planning (IBP).

• Strong expertise in advanced planning systems (APS), ERP systems, and supply chain analytics tools.

• Experience implementing AI-driven forecasting and digital supply chain solutions.

• Deep understanding of global supply chain dynamics, including multi-tier supplier networks and production planning.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in data modeling, forecasting, and performance optimization.

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational alignment.

• Strong financial acumen with experience linking supply chain planning to business performance.

Compensation & Benefits

Total Compensation Package: $310,000 – $435,000
