We are seeking a Director of Product Marketing to lead global positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy across our cybersecurity platform portfolio. This role is central to driving product adoption, enabling sales, and establishing the organization as a trusted leader in enterprise security.
The Director will collaborate closely with product management, engineering, sales, and executive leadership to ensure that our solutions are effectively positioned to address evolving customer needs and competitive dynamics.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Lead development and execution of global product marketing strategy across cybersecurity and cloud security solutions.
• Define and refine product positioning, messaging, and differentiation strategies in a highly competitive security market.
• Drive end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) execution, including product launches, market entry strategies, and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
• Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions for enterprise buyers.
• Partner with sales leadership to build sales enablement tools, competitive intelligence, and solution playbooks.
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging threats, customer pain points, and industry trends.
• Develop content strategy including whitepapers, threat reports, case studies, and executive-level thought leadership.
• Collaborate with demand generation teams to align product messaging with pipeline development and campaign performance.
• Define pricing and packaging strategies aligned with market demand and competitive positioning.
• Monitor and analyze product marketing performance using data-driven metrics and KPIs.
• Influence product roadmap decisions by providing customer insights and market feedback.

Job Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
• 12–18+ years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or enterprise marketing roles.
• Proven experience in cybersecurity, cloud security, SaaS, or enterprise technology environments.
• Strong track record of launching and scaling complex enterprise products in global markets.
• Deep understanding of B2B marketing, enterprise sales cycles, and security market dynamics.
• Experience working closely with product management, engineering, and sales teams.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and competitive analysis.
• Experience managing global teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.

Compensation & Benefits
Total Compensation Package: $318,000 – $413,000
