We are seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead enterprise financial planning, forecasting, and performance management across the organization. This role will partner closely with executive leadership, business unit leaders, and cross-functional teams to provide actionable financial insights that drive strategic decision-making.
The Director will oversee a high-performing FP&A organization responsible for budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, and performance analysis. This is a highly visible role requiring a strategic finance leader capable of navigating complex global operations while delivering clarity, accuracy, and forward-looking insights to senior leadership and the board.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Lead enterprise-wide financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across global business units.
• Develop and maintain long-range financial models supporting strategic planning, investment decisions, and growth initiatives.
• Partner with executive leadership to provide data-driven financial insights and recommendations.
• Oversee financial analysis of revenue performance, cost structures, and operational efficiency across SaaS and cloud business models.
• Design and implement advanced financial analytics frameworks and performance dashboards.
• Support capital allocation decisions, including technology investments, acquisitions, and expansion strategies.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ARR, gross margins, customer acquisition costs, and profitability metrics.
• Lead scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to support strategic decision-making under varying market conditions.
• Collaborate with accounting, operations, and product teams to ensure alignment between financial planning and business execution.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial planning processes, systems, and reporting tools.
• Prepare executive-level financial presentations for C-suite leadership and the board of directors.
• Manage and mentor FP&A teams across multiple regions, ensuring high performance and professional development.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent advanced certification strongly preferred.
• 12–18+ years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or strategic finance roles.
• Strong experience within technology, SaaS, or high-growth enterprise environments.
• Proven expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and performance management.
• Experience managing complex global financial operations and multi-entity structures.
• Strong understanding of subscription-based revenue models and cloud economics.
• Advanced proficiency in financial systems, ERP platforms, and data analytics tools.
• Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and support strategic business decisions.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing finance teams.
