Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Lead and execute enterprise business development strategies focused on driving revenue growth and market expansion across key industry verticals.
• Identify, develop, and close high-value deals and strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 clients and large enterprises.
• Build and manage relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders across target organizations.
• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for AI, cloud, and digital transformation solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including solution architects, product leaders, and consulting teams, to structure complex client engagements.
• Drive pipeline development through account-based strategies, strategic outreach, and market intelligence insights.
• Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and deal structuring for large-scale enterprise engagements.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new growth opportunities.
• Partner with marketing and leadership teams to enhance brand positioning and market presence.
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets, pipeline goals, and business growth metrics.
• Provide executive-level reporting on sales performance, pipeline health, and market expansion initiatives.

Job Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Technology, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
• 12–18+ years of progressive experience in business development, enterprise sales, or strategic partnerships.
• Proven success in closing large, complex deals within enterprise technology, consulting, or digital transformation environments.
• Strong experience selling AI, cloud solutions, SaaS platforms, or enterprise technology services.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.
• Experience working within global organizations or high-growth technology firms.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, competitive positioning, and enterprise buying cycles.
• Ability to manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and long-term engagements.
• Experience using CRM platforms and sales performance tools to manage pipeline and forecasting.

Compensation & Benefits
Total Compensation Package: $300,000 – $410,000
