We are seeking a visionary Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) to architect and execute an enterprise-wide transformation strategy, driving operational modernization, digital innovation, organizational agility, and performance optimization across the entire enterprise.
This is not a program management role. This is a C-suite transformation mandate responsible for reshaping enterprise strategy, operational architecture, and future growth capability.
Job Function
The Chief Transformation Officer will lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across digital modernization, operational efficiency, AI integration, process redesign, and cultural change management.
This executive ensures transformation programs translate into measurable performance improvements in revenue growth, operational efficiency, innovation velocity, and global scalability.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Architect and execute the enterprise-wide transformation strategy aligned with long-term corporate growth objectives.
Lead global digital modernization initiatives, including AI integration, advanced analytics platforms, and enterprise automation systems.
Oversee transformation programs spanning operations, technology infrastructure, product innovation, and workforce capability development.
Establish transformation governance frameworks, ensuring disciplined program execution and performance accountability.
Implement enterprise performance dashboards tracking transformation ROI, operational efficiency improvements, and productivity gains.
Lead cross-functional transformation teams integrating operations, technology, finance, and commercial leadership.
Oversee large-scale process redesign initiatives, improving speed, efficiency, and customer experience outcomes.
Guide enterprise adoption of emerging technologies, including AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, and digital workflow automation.
Strengthen enterprise data architecture supporting real-time strategic decision making.
Partner with the CFO and the COO to ensure that transformation initiatives deliver measurable financial performance improvements.
Drive cultural change management initiatives that support innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.
Present enterprise transformation progress and impact analysis to the CEO and Board committees.
Build and lead a global transformation office overseeing multi-year enterprise modernization initiatives.
Strategic Support

Job Qualifications and Requirements
20+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise transformation, strategy execution, or operational modernization.
10+ years within global technology, digital infrastructure, consulting, or innovation-driven industries.
Proven success leading large-scale transformation programs across complex global organizations.
Strong expertise in digital transformation, AI integration, operational excellence frameworks, and enterprise modernization initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to align transformation strategy with financial performance outcomes.
Experience presenting enterprise transformation programs to executive leadership and Board-level stakeholders.
Strong background in managing large cross-functional transformation teams.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Strategy strongly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
Total Executive Compensation Package: $385,000 – $490,000 USD
