The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) is a critical member of the executive leadership team, responsible for architecting and executing the company’s global revenue strategy. This role oversees all revenue-generating functions—including Sales, Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Revenue Operations, and Customer Growth—ensuring alignment across the entire commercial engine.
This is not a traditional sales leadership role. It is a strategic growth mandate focused on building predictable, scalable revenue systems while strengthening enterprise market positioning and long-term shareholder value.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and execute enterprise-wide revenue strategy aligned with corporate growth objectives.
Lead and integrate Sales, Partnerships, Revenue Operations, and Customer Expansion teams.
Establish scalable go-to-market frameworks for new product launches and market expansion.
Oversee pipeline forecasting, performance metrics, and revenue optimization initiatives.
Drive enterprise-level contract negotiations and strategic deal structuring.
Build long-term strategic alliances to accelerate market penetration.
Implement data-driven revenue analytics and performance reporting systems.
Collaborate with Product and Marketing to refine positioning and competitive differentiation.
Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing commercial leadership teams.

Job Qualifications and Requirements
15+ years of progressive leadership experience in revenue, sales, or commercial strategy roles.
Proven success scaling revenue within enterprise SaaS, AI, or cloud-based environments.
Demonstrated track record closing large, multi-million-dollar enterprise agreements.
Experience leading global commercial organizations with multi-channel revenue streams.
Strong financial acumen, including forecasting, pricing strategy, and margin management.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced business degree preferred.
Experience collaborating directly with board members and executive stakeholders.
