We are seeking a visionary and performance-driven Chief Marketing Officer to architect global brand strategy, demand generation engines, product marketing alignment, digital growth infrastructure, and enterprise positioning, fully remote within the United States.
This is not a brand management role. This is an enterprise growth, market dominance, and category leadership mandate.
Job Function
The Chief Marketing Officer will lead global marketing strategy across brand architecture, demand generation, enterprise positioning, digital growth, analyst relations, communications alignment, and revenue acceleration initiatives.
This executive ensures scalable pipeline generation, category authority, and alignment between product innovation and commercial success.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Define and execute a multi-year global marketing strategy aligned with enterprise growth objectives
Architect demand generation frameworks supporting predictable ARR expansion
Oversee global brand positioning and category leadership initiatives
Align product marketing strategy with AI innovation roadmaps
Lead digital marketing infrastructure, automation platforms, and data-driven attribution systems
Guide enterprise-level go-to-market launches across new verticals and global markets
Strengthen analyst relations and executive thought leadership positioning
Develop KPI dashboards tracking pipeline velocity, CAC efficiency, LTV ratios, and brand equity metrics
Manage global marketing budget and ROI optimization frameworks
Oversee marketing operations, content strategy, performance marketing, and field enablement
Present growth forecasts and marketing performance updates to executive leadership and the Board
Build and lead distributed national and international marketing teams
Strategic Support
Advise the CEO and Board on long-term brand valuation and market expansion strategy
Support IPO readiness or capital market positioning initiatives
Contribute to M&A growth, integration, and product portfolio alignment
Align marketing initiatives with revenue operations and customer expansion strategies
Strengthen global partner ecosystem engagement and co-marketing strategies
Guide digital transformation within the enterprise marketing analytics infrastructure
Job Qualifications and Requirements
20+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience
10+ years within enterprise SaaS, AI platforms, cloud technology, or high-growth B2B technology sectors
Proven track record scaling global marketing engines supporting $500M+ ARR environments
Deep expertise in demand generation, digital marketing analytics, and global brand governance
Experience leading distributed international marketing organizations
Strong executive communication skills and Board-level reporting experience
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred

Compensation & Benefits
Total Executive Compensation Package: $375,000 – $455,000 USD
