The Chief Growth Officer will play a pivotal role in defining and executing a holistic growth strategy, integrating marketing, sales, partnerships, and customer success into a unified revenue engine.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Define and execute a global growth strategy aligned with enterprise objectives, revenue targets, and market expansion priorities.
- Lead and integrate sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success functions into a cohesive growth organization.
- Drive end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategy, including market segmentation, demand generation, and enterprise sales enablement.
- Build scalable revenue engines focused on pipeline generation, conversion optimization, and customer lifetime value.
- Identify and develop new growth opportunities, including new markets, vertical expansion, product-led growth, and strategic partnerships.
- Establish and optimize revenue operations (RevOps) frameworks, including forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analytics.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to align growth initiatives with product innovation and market needs.
- Lead pricing, packaging, and commercial strategy to maximize revenue growth and market penetration.
- Drive global expansion strategies, including entry into new regions and development of channel and partner ecosystems.
- Leverage advanced analytics and data insights to inform growth strategy, customer acquisition, and retention efforts.
- Engage with key enterprise clients and strategic partners to strengthen relationships and unlock new opportunities.
- Support M&A initiatives focused on growth acceleration and market consolidation.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
- 15+ years of executive leadership experience in growth, revenue, or commercial roles within enterprise SaaS, AI, or technology platforms.
- Proven track record of scaling global revenue organizations in high-growth environments.
- Deep expertise in go-to-market strategy, demand generation, enterprise sales, and partnerships.
- Strong experience in building and leading integrated growth functions (sales, marketing, RevOps, customer success).
- Demonstrated success in driving multi-billion-dollar revenue growth and market expansion.
- Strong analytical capabilities, with experience leveraging data to drive growth optimization and decision-making.
- Experience operating in complex, matrixed, global organizations.

Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation Package: $420,000 – $527,000 (base salary + executive bonus + significant equity participation)
