We are seeking a Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer (CDIO) to lead and scale our global DEI strategy. Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the board of directors, this executive will play a pivotal role in shaping organizational culture, enhancing employee experience, and ensuring that inclusion is embedded into every aspect of our business.

The CDIO will oversee a global team responsible for DEI strategy, inclusive talent practices, employee engagement, leadership development, and cultural transformation initiatives, driving measurable impact across the enterprise.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive global diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy aligned with business objectives and organizational values.

• Partner with executive leadership and the board to embed DEI into corporate strategy, governance, and decision-making processes.

• Lead initiatives to enhance workforce diversity, inclusive hiring practices, and equitable talent development.

• Oversee programs focused on leadership diversity, succession planning, and executive representation.

• Establish and monitor DEI metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to measure progress and impact.

• Drive cultural transformation initiatives that foster inclusion, belonging, and employee engagement across global teams.

• Collaborate with HR and talent teams to integrate DEI into performance management, compensation, and career development frameworks.

• Lead employee resource groups (ERGs) and community engagement initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with global regulations and standards related to workplace diversity and equal opportunity.

• Partner with product and innovation teams to promote inclusive design and equitable technology development.

• Oversee external partnerships with community organizations, educational institutions, and industry groups.

• Manage internal and external communications related to DEI initiatives and progress.

• Provide executive-level reporting and insights to the CEO and board on DEI strategy and outcomes.


Job Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field.

• MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.

• 15–20+ years of progressive leadership experience in diversity & inclusion, human resources, or organizational development.

• Proven experience leading enterprise-wide DEI strategies within global organizations.

• Strong understanding of workforce analytics, organizational design, and talent management frameworks.

• Experience working within technology, SaaS, or global enterprise environments preferred.

• Demonstrated success in driving cultural transformation and measurable DEI outcomes.

• Strong knowledge of global labor laws, compliance requirements, and governance frameworks.

• Experience working with executive leadership and presenting to board-level stakeholders.

• Proven ability to lead and scale global teams and initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits

Total Compensation Package: $410,000 – $555,000
